Trapezius and Upper Back Release

This is a short sequence targeting the upper and middle trapezius muscles as well as the rhomboids - muscles that are often ‘overused’ when we work at a desk, a computer, or when using a phone or other devices. This is a great way to relieve tension in these areas and can often alleviate neck pain and headaches. You will need the following: two myofascial release balls, a yoga block and a yoga mat. Enjoy!
