Legs Up the Wall Pose

In this supported inversion, we will use our wall as our prop. In this short video, I guide you through getting into and out of the pose as well as a few variations to add a Yin posture into the session. A great way to wind down for the day, get ready for sleep, relieve swelling or tired legs and for a general sense of ease. Props needed: mat and/or pillow, wall. Extra bonus props: sandbag, eye pillow, blanket for neck roll or to cover your upper body during this pose.
