Release the Iliopsoas and Abdominal Wall

This is a myofascial release practice that releases the iliacus, psoas and rectus abdominus. It is a great practice for addressing hip and quad tightness, GI issues, back and hip flexor tightness, and can help with spine stability by re-engaging the deep abdominal muscles and fascia. Props needed: mat, 2 myofascial release balls. Please avoid during pregnancy.
