This practice targets the myofascial tissues of the the hip girdle. Working deeply into this area can relieve back pain, hip pain, improve mobility, and help with gait and balance. Meridians targeted are the bladder and gallbladder meridians. Great for runners, cyclists, walkers and anyone who wants relief from tight hips and low back pain. Props needed: mat, 2 myofascial balls, softer myofascial ball or playground ball.
