Mountain Brook Pose

This is my go-to restorative pose when I want to relax my whole body without a lot of set up or fuss. Imagine your body as a little mountain brook running over smooth stones in the riverbed. These props will serve to support your body, allowing you to relax all of your tissues. Find ease here and enjoy the quiet time. Props needed: 3 blankets, mat, bolster or firm pillow.
