Using the Neuroball for Neuropathy and Plantar Fasciitis

Increasing sensory input to the feet can increase our proprioception which is how our brain navigates our position in space relative to gravity. When we lose neuronal input either through nerve damage, injury, tight fascia and inhibited muscles, not only can we develop chronic pain, but we can increase our risk of falls. Using textured myofascial tools as well as some simple round balls can help us regain some of this function, relieve pain and help us move more skillfully. Props needed: textured medium sized ball and small myofascial ball.
